Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Aether has partnered with International Checkout to fulfill orders for our international customers.
When checking out, click the "International Checkout" button and your order will be transferred to International Checkout for secure processing. Billing, shipping, customer service, and returns/exchanges will be handled through International Checkout. For further information go to www.internationalcheckout.com.

How long do orders take to process?
Orders are processed within 48 hrs of being received, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders received after 11 AM PST,  on weekends, or  during a holiday, will be processed the next business day.

How long do refunds or exchanges take to process?
Your refund or exchange will take 4-5 business days to process once the items are received into our inventory.
If you do not receive a return notification email during this period please contact customer service.

How do I return something?
Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. See Return Policy.
